SISSEL Spinefitter blue

The Spinefitter by SISSEL is a versatile training device for back pain, muscle tension and restricted mobility of the facet joints. 28 interconnected balls lie in two rows along the spine. The small balls help to relieve tension by applying deep pressure.

The unique shape of the Spinefitter loosens the shoulder/neck area with a simple application. The small vertebral joints of the spine are opened by mechanical stimuli and can release blockages by moving on the Spinefitter.
