Our delivery promise, “Order today, delivered tomorrow,” applies exclusively to products that are in stock and shipped via parcel delivery. For orders under CHF 50, a small-order surcharge of CHF 9 will be applied.

Delivery methods from PILATES.CH

Parcel shipping by post

• Order time: Monday to Friday until 17:00
• Delivery time: The following day (Monday to Friday)
• Costs: Free of charge from an order value of CHF 50.
• Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered by mail sometime during the next business day
  

Forwarding agency

• Order time: Monday to Sunday
• Delivery time: Within five working days (Monday to Friday)
  
• Orders for products weighing over 30 kg will be delivered by a freight carrier at the customer’s expense within three to five business days after notification
