Your Pilates training equipment will last longer if you look after it regularly and maintain it properly. If you would like to order the maintenance of your equipment, please contact us as follows, stating the equipment to be maintained.

Return of articles
It may happen that an ordered product does not meet your expectations. If you would like to return an item, please contact us on 044 739 88 88 or via info@pilates.ch, stating the item you wish to return. If the goods are still unopened and the original packaging is undamaged, they can be returned within 30 days for a credit note.
We ask for your understanding that we can only take back products that we have ordered especially for you, which are not in perfect condition or are not returned with the complete scope of delivery, have damaged packaging or signs of use, for a processing fee or not at all.
Unrestricted right of return
A return for credit to the purchase price is only possible if:
- the original packaging is unopened.
- the original packaging is not labeled, taped or damaged.
- the original label has not been removed.
- the products show no signs of use.
- the item was purchased no more than 30 days ago.
Conditional right of return
A return for credit with deduction of a processing fee is possible if:
- the original packaging is open but completely undamaged and present.
- the item is unused and shows no signs of wear.
- all the accessories supplied are present.
- the item was purchased no more than 30 days ago.
The processing fee for this form of return is at least 10% of the current sales price or CHF 10.00 and will be deducted from the credit note.
A return for credit is possible after individual examination and deduction of a processing fee if:
- the complete original packaging is present.
- consumables are unopened (gel, lotion, massage oil, disinfectant, etc.).
- the item shows signs of wear.
- all the accessories supplied are present.
The individual inspection is carried out by our specialist staff. A return can only be confirmed after the returned items have been inspected. The processing fee after individual inspection is at least 20% of the current daily price (maximum of the purchase price). The possibility of a return and the specific amount of the lump sum to be deducted from the credit note can only be decided after an inspection has been carried out.
Note: The processing fee serves to cover the costs of the returns process. We offer opened, used products marked as "checked returns", with a precise description of the condition and at reduced prices in our online store.
No right of return
A return and credit note is not possible if:
- the original packaging is missing.
- Accessories missing.
- consumables is open.
- hygienic reasons for products (exception: unopened, in complete original packaging).
- the original labels have been removed and/or there are signs of use (odor, stains, etc.).
Services and other costs
Services rendered, such as deliveries, assembly, etc., as well as small quantity surcharges and any postage costs, etc., will not be refunded if a product or the entire order is returned.
