Balanced Body Springboard ™

The Pilates Springboard developed by Master Teacher Ellie Herman is a space -saving and inexpensive device for effective full -body training. It is mounted on the wall and is ideal for use in the studio or at home.

With its 22 jumping fasteners and the Balanced Body Signature Springs ™, the Pilates Springboard offers a variety of training options for upper and lower bodies- while standing, knees or lying on a mat.

Optional: Push-through in 2 different resistors available, for even more exercises

It is made of anodized aluminum, is delivered either with two red (medium) or two blue (light) springs and a safety strap and can be easily attached to the springboard.
