Description

Balanced Body Springboard™

Developed by master teacher Ellie Herman, the Pilates Springboard is a space-saving and inexpensive piece of equipment for an effective full-body workout. It is mounted on the wall and is ideal for use in the studio or at home.

With its 22 spring attachment points and the Balanced Body Signature Springs™, the Pilates Springboard offers versatile training options for the upper and lower body - standing, kneeling or lying on a mat.

Optional: push-through bar available in 2 different resistances for even more exercise options

It is made of anodized aluminium, comes with either two red (medium) or two blue (light) springs and a safety strap and can be easily attached to the springboard.

1 pair of cotton single loops
