Free rotating discs have been used for many years to provide a challenge to stability and to enable rotary movements in the limbs or in the fuselage. Adding resistance helps to reinforce rotary patterns and create rotation stability. The new discs are durable, easy to use and offer a completely new rotator disc experience.

Properties of the different versions

The slight resistance is ideal for the shoulder and the upper limbs, the severe resistance is perfect for the hip and the lower limbs. The two sizes offer a comfortable platform for hands or feet, regardless of the size of the person. In the discs, markings are installed at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees as well as smaller ads all 10 and 45 degrees. The markings provide information about the degree of rotation in the hips or shoulders and give customers and instructors feedback on progress, balance and restrictions. Rotator discs are a wonderful accessory for matt training or Pilates equipment. They can be used on the floor, on the seat of the Pilate chair, on a reformer or on a trapezoidal bank.
