Balanced Body Combo Chair with Handles

The Combo Chair was designed to specifically stretch and strengthen muscle groups that are otherwise difficult to reach.

Its design is based on Joseph Pilates' original Wunda Chair, but has been enhanced with functional innovations such as the padded, split pedal.

This was designed by Brent Anderson, PhD, PT, OCS, and incorporates exercises that utilize rotational and side-to-side movements of the limbs.

Each of the two pedals is equipped with two springs—a light one and a heavy one—which together provide the widest range of resistance available, up to 50 kg.

For standard exercises using only one pedal, you can use the dowel provided.

The Combo Chair was designed with stability and durability in mind. The sturdy handles provide extra support, are less prone to bending, and don't rattle.

Another advantage: The height of the Combo Chair is perfectly suited for use with a Trapeze Table, and the built-in casters make it easy to move to a different location.
