The Precision Rotator Discs are compatible with any Balanced Body footplate. Remove the discs from the footplate and use them individually or as a pair on the floor. The new generation of durable rotator discs are great for improving balance, alignment, core strength, joint stability and more.

Now you also have the choice of whether you want to stay traditional (without resistance) or work with resistance.
