Balanced Body Accessories Neck Stretcher Cotton

As a boxer and gymnast, Joseph Pilates considered it very important to lengthen and strengthen the neck muscles. As an accessory to the Cadillac (Trap Table), he designed the Neck Stretcher to stretch these muscles in a targeted manner and offer the exerciser additional benefits.

Use

The Neck Stretcher was developed by Joseph Pilates for advanced Pilates practitioners at Cadillac and is an effective aid.

For advanced users

Joe has designed the Neck Stretcher to be used by experienced Pilates practitioners. The bounce resistance attached to the head strap is very strong, so care should be taken when using it. We recommend that clients are supervised by certified Pilates instructors with extensive experience using the Neck Stretcher. Works with both Cadillac Leg and Cadillac Arm Springs.
