The Bodhi Suspension System is the world's first four-point sling training system with two separate ropes and four suspension devices for arms and legs. This unique design opens up a completely new range of exercises and is suitable for targeted strengthening and mobilization of the abdominal, leg, buttock and upper arm muscles. The instability of the holding straps challenges the deep muscles and increases core stability with every exercise.
