Description

The FlowTonic® pads were developed by Lucia Nirmala Schmidt and form the basis of a unique exercise concept. Thanks to their smooth surface, the pads enable controlled and fluid movements that effectively combine strength training and mobility exercises.

During the exercises, the muscles work both as they contract and as they lengthen. At the same time, the connective tissue and the body’s stabilizing structures are engaged. The movement sequences can help strengthen the muscles, stabilize the core, and improve body awareness.

Another focus is on mobility and stability. The exercises can be specifically used to mobilize and stabilize the shoulder, hip, and knee joints, as well as the spine. The fluid movements and variable range of motion create new opportunities to train movement patterns consciously and precisely.
