The Aligner®

The Aligner® is a versatile and multifunctional positioning aid. Suitable for use on the Pilates machine as well as on the mat, it supports precise parallel alignment of the feet and legs while providing valuable feedback. Made in the USA from dense but lightweight foam - perfect for training in the studio or at home.

When the aligner is placed between the feet, it creates a greater distance between the heels, which promotes a parallel leg posture and activates the supporting muscles throughout the body to maintain the correct position. It can also be used between the knees to target the muscles and support optimal alignment. Thanks to its special shape, the aligner can be used both vertically and horizontally, depending on the exercise and individual requirements.
