The Precision Rotator Disc is a versatile training device for targeted improvement of balance, joint stability and motor control.
Thanks to its high-quality ABS construction, it is particularly robust and can withstand loads of up to 277 kg. The disc is available in three versions - without resistance, with light resistance or with heavy resistance - and can therefore be optimally adapted to individual training levels and therapeutic requirements.
The Precision Rotator Discs from Balanced Body improve balance, alignment, core strength, joint stability and flexibility. They are available in different versions: without resistance or with light or strong resistance for a greater challenge. Developed in collaboration with Viktor Uygan of Konnect Method, they are made of robust ABS material and feature calibration markings for easy analysis of rotational movements.
The discs can be used both on the floor and on Pilates equipment such as the Reformer or Trapeze Table (Cadillac). Non-resistance versions support stability tests and rotational movements, while resistance options promote targeted rotational patterns, joint stability and freedom of movement.
Each disc carries up to 227 kg and is not adjustable.
