The Contrology® Wall Tower is a compact piece of equipment that is firmly anchored to the wall and floor, providing the stability required to perform a range of exercises. If space is limited in your studio or home gym, the Wall Tower is a space-saving option that still provides the variety of exercises of a traditional Pilates Cadillac machine. The Contrology® High Mat provides you with comfortable and stable support for performing Pilates exercises on the mat. Considered essential by most Pilates professionals, this 7.62 cm high mat features patented high-density foam and premium cushioning, enhancing the feel of the original Pilates machine during floor workouts. Designed for prone, seated, kneeling and standing exercises, the High Mat provides adequate support for all movements. The handles reinforce the grip and provide additional stability, while the durable cotton footstrap helps to maintain the position.
