The Contrology® Wall Tower is a compact piece of equipment that is firmly anchored to the wall and floor, providing the stability required to perform a range of exercises. If space is limited in your studio or home gym, the Wall Tower is a space-saving option that still offers the variety of exercises of a traditional Pilates Cadillac machine. Another option is the High Mat, which optimizes floor training with its raised, padded surface. Included in the scope of delivery: 2 wooden mounting plates for attachment to the wall and floor with 4 screws. Arm and Leg Springs (2 each), 1 pair of Wire Contoured Handles, 1 pair of Single Loops Cotton, Push Through Bar, Roll Back Bar, Safety Chain and Storage Chain
