The patented system enables independent and simultaneous movement of both arms and legs. Users experience constant proprioceptive feedback that enables full body integration and increased core activation. The single-rope pull system engages your entire body - lift your legs and you will feel it in your arms! The continuous feedback challenges the body to coordinate core stability and limb mobility.
