Balanced Body Contour Sitting Box black

In combination with your Balanced Body Reformer, the Contour Sitting Box expands the reformer training with exercises to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, lateral stretching exercises and seated exercises.
Balanced Body has rounded edges to better adapt to the body and allow a greater range of movement.
More comfort for exercises in the prone position (Swan) and exercises in the supine position on the Long Box (Back Stroke).

The Contour Sitting Box has high quality upholstery* and is sized to suit different clients and different teaching styles. No hard edges to interfere with posture and a 3-handle design for easy transportation.
