Working out with the Heartbeat Weighted Toning Ball from AIREX strengthens and tones the body. The weighted toning ball is primarily used in Pilates and yoga, as well as in functional training, to intensify exercises; it improves posture and enhances balance, flexibility, and strength.


General Information

Cleaning
