The HEARTBEAT Balance Pad is the perfect training tool. With its smooth surface, the Balance Pad is ideal for beginners doing balance training barefoot. Thanks to its 4.5 cm thickness, this Balance Pad provides the desired destabilizing effects. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain its balance, thereby stabilizing the joints. Exercises performed on this balance pad engage deep muscles to a greater extent than exercises done without a balance pad. Training on the balance pad can specifically improve both physical conditioning and coordination skills, such as strength, endurance, and balance.

General Information

• Regular cleaning extends the product's service life and maintains its hygienic properties.
• The material is water-repellent, but it is not designed for continuous use in water.
• If there is visible damage, the product should not be used any further for safety reasons
  

Cleaning

• Wipe it down with a damp cloth after each use.
• If the item is heavily soiled, clean it with lukewarm water and a mild, pH-neutral detergent
• Optional: Use of alcohol-free disinfectants for areas with high hygiene requirements (e.g., therapy rooms, gyms).
• Do not use abrasive sponges or brushes, as they may damage the surface.
• Let it air dry—do not dry it on radiators or in direct heat.
• Allow to dry completely before storing to prevent changes in the material or the development of odors.
  

Material Protection

• Avoid contact with oils, greases, solvents, or harsh chemicals—these can damage the TPE structure.
• Do not use any pointed or sharp objects on the pad.
• Do not use while wearing shoes, unless they are clean and free of small stones or dirt particles.
