With a 32-degree incline that supports the upper body and neck, the exclusive PilatesAngle® is ideal for clients who find supine exercises challenging. The Angle helps women stay active and comfortable during pregnancy by avoiding flat-back exercises that can restrict blood flow and lead to dizziness, shortness of breath or nausea (*according to OrthoCarolina.com). This device fits perfectly between the shoulder supports of the Balanced Body® Reformer and provides more comfort during reformer and mat exercises. To increase versatility, the Angle can be combined/extended with e.g. the Ultra-Fit Circle or the matching Accessory pack.
