The patented system enables independent and simultaneous movement of both arms and legs. Users experience constant proprioceptive feedback that enables full body integration and increased core activation. The single-rope pull system engages your entire body - lift your legs and you will feel it in your arms! The continuous feedback challenges the body to coordinate core stability and limb mobility. Choosing the right Konnector KIT
To select the correct Konnector kit, the specific reformer type and reformer configuration must be confirmed. There are 14 different Konnector kits; each is specifically made for certain reformer configurations. Before ordering the Konnector Kit, please ensure that you have determined the correct reformer type and reformer configuration.
The installation of the Konnector Kit makes it difficult or impossible to use the Reformer Mat and the Tower.
