The patented system enables the independent and simultaneous movement of both arms and legs. Users experience a constant proprioceptive feedback that enables the integration of the entire body and more powerful activation of the fuselage. The one-rope train system takes your entire body-lift your legs and you will feel it in your arms! The continuous feedback challenges the body to coordinate the stability of the fuselage and the mobility of the limbs. Four loops are attached to a rope via rollers. Choice of the right connector kit

In order to choose the right connector kit, the specific reformer type and the reformer configuration must be confirmed. There are 14 different connector kits; Each is specially made for certain reformer configurations. Before ordering the connector kit, please make sure that you have determined the right reform type and the right reform configuration.

The installation of the Connector Kit makes it difficult or prevents the reformer mat and tower. Connector Shoulder Rests are firm and cannot be removed.
