Pilates Suspension Method Workshop at LaBriece Movement Education

LaBriece® Bodhi Suspension System 2-Hour Specialty Workshop

This 2-hour specialized workshop on the Bodhi Suspension System with LaBriece is designed to broaden your perspective on how to apply the system in a Pilates context. The focus is on the how and why of the Bodhi Suspension System: understanding load, base of support, direction of force, and the role of instability in creating meaningful movement experiences.

A key component of the workshop is its direct application in practice. You’ll develop short, effective sequences that can be immediately applied in group classes as well as in personal training sessions, helping you convey concepts clearly and in a structured manner
.

You’ll gain greater confidence in your decision-making, more refined cueing, and an enhanced ability to adapt the system to different body types and teaching situations.

The session will conclude with an open Q&A session, during which you can clarify any points and apply what you’ve learned to your own teaching context.
