The Konnector is a unique, functional extension for Balanced Body , developed in collaboration with its inventor, Viktor Uygan. The patented single-rope pulley system with attachment points for all four limbs allows for independent and simultaneous movement of the arms and legs, taking Pilates to a new, dynamic level. The single rope provides the user with continuous proprioceptive feedback, which supports whole-body integration and promotes more intensive activation of the core muscles in an innovative way.
The Connector

Four loops – one rope
The four loops of the Konnector are connected to a single rope via a system of pulleys. This links the limbs together and integrates the movement of the arms, legs, and torso holistically in every exercise.

proprioception
The Konnector improves proprioception and reveals functional limitations in strength, mobility, and coordination like no other system. The intensive feedback provided by the loops helps users to perceive, understand, and specifically correct imbalances with minimal verbal coaching.

Connected yet independent
Since all four limbs can move independently but remain connected by a single rope, the Konnector reflects the architecture of the human body. It stimulates the connections between the upper and lower body, between the right and left sides of the body, and between one arm and the opposite leg.

Versatile
The Konnector takes Pilates to a new, dynamic, and versatile level through independent and simultaneous movements of the arms and legs. The Tri-Loops feature a versatile "hidden" third loop that provides support for a wide range of foot positions. The entire classic Reformer repertoire can be performed, as well as exercises that go beyond it.
